Adelaide Bite

The Adelaide Bite is professional baseball team in the Australian Baseball League, which showcases Australia’s best homegrown talent and top prospects from around the world. North Adelaide Dental Care has been looking after Adelaide’s Bite for more than 30 years – so partnering with the Adelaide Bite Baseball Team as their ‘Dental Clinic of Choice’ seemed like a fantastic win-win for both teams.

Our team provided emergency dental services to the Adelaide Bite team, and supported initiatives to promote access to local school dental services as well as encouraging children of all ages to take up baseball!

Team manager Steve Mintz visited North Adelaide Dental Care for his annual checkup in preparation for the Adelaide Bite's finals campaigh which can be seen below.

We have also attended the Northern T-Ball carnival and provided dental health education and dental ‘goody bags’ to some of the 400 children that participated on the day. Also in attendance on the day was GuS the Shark (pictured below), which is the mascot of the Grow Up Smiling program and travels around as an iconic figure of this mobile program.
